After school club

After School Club picks up children from Hillcrest school at 3:30 and runs until 5:45. Parents and carers from other schools are welcome to use the club but will need to arrange drop off at TCCW.

Inset days

TCCW will operate on Hillcrest Inset days providing there is sufficient demand. It operates holiday hours on these days of 8:30 until 5:45. The inset days are listed below. If you are interested in booking one of these days please contact the office by e-mailing tccw@hotmail.co.uk.

Holidays

The next holiday will be from the Monday 11th April to 25th April, the workshop will open from 8:30 until 5:45.

What to do next

If you would like to use the Workshop you will need to complete a registration and booking form. There is an annual fee of £20 for regstration. Please use the links below to access the relevant forms for printing, details of what to do next are on the forms.

Please note that you must arrange to visit the facility before your child starts attending TCCW to ensure it is appropriate for your child. Once you have booked a space at the workshop refunds can only be given in exceptional circumstances.
